Where do I pick up my bouquets?
Pickup is at our Flower Shop (504 Steubenville Rd SE, Carrollton, Ohio)
Can I choose bouquet colors or specific flowers?
Yes—feel free to share your preferences! We’ll do our best to match them, but bouquets are designed around the freshest, best blooms of the week.
What if I miss pickup?
No worries—we’ll hold your bouquet until the next day. If it still isn’t picked up, we’ll donate it so the flowers can still bring someone joy. Please reach out if you need to make a change.
Can I pause or transfer a week?
Absolutely. Just contact us and we’ll help you pause or transfer a week.
Is this a good gift?
Yes! Gift subscriptions and digital gift cards are available, and they make a wonderful gift.
What if there’s an issue with my bouquet?
We grow what we sell and harvest for quality. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
